Cancellation and Late Cancellation Policy
We understand that time is valuable, and when you schedule an appointment at Mint Dental Hygiene, we reserve that time specifically for you. If an appointment is missed or cancelled without sufficient notice, it can be challenging for us to fill that time slot. We kindly request that you provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel your appointment.
Please be aware that any cancellations or rescheduling made less than 24 hours working hours before the appointment will result in a cancellation fee.

Late Arrival
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can sometimes cause you to arrive late for your appointment. However, it's important to note that arriving late will reduce the amount of time available for your treatment. As a courtesy to our next patient, each session will be finished on time.
While we will do our best to accommodate late arrivals, we kindly ask that you contact us if you anticipate being late. This will allow us to assess whether there will be enough time to complete your treatment or if rescheduling is necessary.
Please be aware that if you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to see you due to insufficient time remaining. Additionally, arriving too late for the treatment may result in a cancellation charge.

Payment
At Mint Dental Hygiene payment is expected at the time of treatment, we do not offer credit. Unpaid payments will incur late payment costs and collection charges. We accept, cash, eftpos, visa, master cards and afterpay.

We also offer Mint Dental Hygiene Membership Plan fixed monthly payments to cover your treatment cost T&Cs apply.

Parking
We have parking for two cars at the rear of the clinic, access via Blomfield Spa then the next left in to Club Lane. Mint Dental Hygiene Parking is the middle section as marked. We require you to vacate after your visit to allow parking for the next patient.
